All orders placed BEFORE 4:00pm PST will be shipped that day via the shipping method selected. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

Our working days are Monday to Saturday, therefore orders will not be shipped on Sunday’s and will be shipped out on the Monday after each weekend.

To request a refund or exchange on your order, please email email@example.com within 7 days to receive an approval and shipping label. Merchandise must be received within 14 days to guarantee reimbursement. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition received and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached. To assist the process, all product’s quality and condition will be documented before shipping. **ALL CONSIGNMENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE**
Please note: for any items returned, you will only receive a refund for the goods returned and not the cost of shipping.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
We will send you a confirmation email once the return has been processed and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the goods do not qualify of a return.
If you receive an item that is faulty, please make us aware of this in the first 7 days. After 7 days, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods. Consignment items remain final sale, regardless of circumstance.
